Talk about some restless feet! Penelope isn't still for a second in this video. Her feet are always moving around and doing something. In one instance, she uses her toes to pick up her flip flop. Her toes are so cute when they're scrunched up, trying to pick up the sandal! She stretches her feet out with her flip flops on, moving them in circular motions briefly before shuffling her feet around again.
