I walk up to a door, knock, and wait to make sure no one is home. Then I pull out my leather gloves, put them on, and pick the lock. Once inside, I go through jewelry, drawers, and a closet. I pick out some nice items I wouldn't mind having for myself, and as I'm about to leave, I think I hear something. I go to the large living room windows and peek out the curtains to make sure the coast is clear. Once I am satisfied no one is out there, I walk down to the garage, open it with the remote I found in a draw, and hop into the nice, shiny Camaro I am stealing as well.
