In this video, I drink a whole 20 oz bottle of water in just a little over seven minutes. There are a lot of close-ups of my throat as I drink the water. You can see my Adam's apple moving up and down as I drink, and you can hear me swallowing the water most of the time. There are also several times in between sips in which I run my fingers lightly over my throat and Adam's apple before drinking several more gulps of water.
