Wow! Look at Scarlet's hot knee-high boots! She crosses her legs and moves her foot around and stretches it out; this makes the tan boots skin-tight on her legs. She reaches down at one point and wraps her fingers around the stacked heel of the boot, making sure she rubs the mud off the heel and the bottom of her boot. They're just a tad dirty! She stands up and moves around on the balcony, showing off her tight boots as always! You get to see these tan beauties on Scarlet in quite a few different camera angles, including a couple of close-ups.
