For this custom video, I start with a fresh 1-subject notebook and use my feet to tear the pages out of the notebook. I am wearing a skirt with black pantyhose and black flats. I twist and turn my feet, shredding pages out of the notebook, and then I step on several loose pages with both feet so I can rip the pages into bits and pieces. The view is mostly of my shoes and lower legs, but the camera occasionally pans up so you can see my facial expressions as I destroy the notebook.
