I walk into the house and up the hallway stairs and begin doing some stretches after a long day of work. The camera gets several different angles as I move around, stretching. At 8 minutes, I walk towards the camera on the floor and do some heel-rocking for a minute and a half. Then I have a seat in one of the chairs, take off my boots, get up and walk into the next room.
