At first, she puts her foot on the porch and gets a little dirt on her feet, so she has to wipe it off on her other foot or leg before sliding her shoe back on. She continues dipping in and out of her shoes, resting her foot on the heel of the shoe or on top of the shoe for the remainder of the video.
