I walk on camera and talk on the phone for the first 0:40 of this video with the camera getting shots from the waist down. I then lie on the floor on my right side and do leg lifts for 30 seconds. I turn with my butt to the camera and do scissor legs for 30 seconds before turning and lying on my back to do leg scissors for another 30 seconds. I then do bicycling motions with my legs for 30 seconds. I raise my hips up with my hands and put my legs in the air really good and do another minute of bicycling before finishing the video with leg lifts on my left side.
