On a busy beach, I am dangling my flat pumps when a stranger comes over and starts annoying me with a conversation that I dont feel like. Then all of a sudden he takes my shoes off and starts tickling me. I am so embarrassed because this is my home town and I know everybody. My feet are sweaty and my skirt keeps riding upand he is a stranger. I am wriggling in laughter and ask him to stop but he wont listen and keep stickling me until I almost wet myself.
