A shady foreign syndicate have referred to a so called top tipster regarding a local football game and have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars on a given result. The tipster has taken his cut of the deal, however the game does not go to plan and he goes into hiding. The syndicate send one of their 'enforcers' to remind him of his obligations.
