With no hands I smoke a cigarette showing all angles of my throat. I make lots of throat and neck movement while the cigarette hangs from my lips slowing blowing smoke into the camera. When the cigarettes is finished I let it fall off my lip into the ashtray then swallow several times showing my throat.
