It's time to go grocery shopping, so my in home aid is taking me out. She is super attenttive and supportive of me getting out. I use my cane as I am nearly immobile. She helps me go down the stairs and get into the car. When we get home she helps me out of the car and helps me get back up the stairs. It is very hard for me to do and I get very tired and winded. I struggle to breath and walk, but she is there for me.
