I've become absolutely massive. Just look at my belly hanging! Look how round I am! My skin is stretched so tightly, filled with fat! Every part of me is growing bigger by the day. It's hard for me to get around I've become so fat. I get out of breath so easily that it makes me just want to stay in bed and eat. Are you going to grow me more?
