I'm finally getting an in home health aid. Someone to help me do all the things I can't do anymore. She introduces herself and asks me some introduction questions. She learns I haven't washed in a few days because I'm unable to do it myself. She promptly starts by giving me a sponge bath. Washing my most intimate areas and in all my fat rolls. Then she helps me get dressed. She is attentive and patient. She cares about how I feel. Then, after all that, she feeds me and we talk about how the day went.
