I have gotten very fat, and it's become extremely hard for me to even get out of bed, let alone walk. I have cane to help me get around, but even with the cane things are becoming nearly impossible. Watch as I struggle to sit up in bed, get up from bed, walk to the living room, then get up from the couch, walk back to my bed and lie down. I realize that I just can't do this by myself anymore and decide I should call my doctor and see if they know of any in-home aids that can come help me.
