I'm so glad to be able to tell you this!! I was exercising last night when I was struck by an asthma attack that stopped my heart. I could barely breath and managed to call 911. They sent an ambulance out for me right away, before the ambulance arrived an ICU nurse was on his way home and heard the call. He came in and found me in my bedroom. He quickly checked me over and called the ER with his evaluation. They authorized him giving me two amps of sodium bicarb and he started CPR on me right away.
