I’m feeling very energetic so I’m out and about getting some exercise. I’m wearing my black t-shirt with a blue denim jacket over the top, a very short black skirt, and on my cute little feet I have on my comfortable grey pumps. My walk is taking me through a housing estate, and as I build up my pace, I’m working up a nice sweat and enjoying the fresh air. I’ve already had lots of fluids to keep me hydrated and now my bladder feels like it’s ready to burst.
