I am at the most stunning overlook somewhere in England and after hiking straight up the "hill" and out of breath, i will always have enough breath to blow up balloons no matter what;) I have a big 24 inch or so yellow balloon and I would love to blow to pop it and if that is what happens, Ill be grateful but the more air I into it, the bigger it gets and the more the neck inflates, the more the wind wants to take it and try to get me to lose the grip and I cant let that happen.
