Here I am with yet another round of general ideas on how to keep the toe of a heal in my mouth as an effective and thorough mouth filling gag. I'm dressed in a long sleeved black leotard and have my implements laying out on my dungeon chair for me to use to keep the toe shoved as far in my mouth as possible. I use several black leather belts to secure the toe in my mouth and heal to my head.
