Derek Synklaire, Darling Rikki and I have a load of blown up big and small balloons and we take out our anger out on ALL of them! we name most of the balloons, draw faces on some or simply grab the and put them out of there misery. This is a great therapy session for all of us...I sit on some, kick some, and rip some up with my nails.
