She lays down on her belly and I straddle her back and push each vertebrae up and then down her back..if you listen closely..you can hear it crack and pop...she then straddles me and cracks mine...Listen for the lower back pop..WOW..did that feel great!
I then show her my favorite method of alignment every night, by laying on our backs and twister our hip bones from our upper back..
I am not sure if this is safe..so don't try this at home;)
