I'm hanging out in St. Maarten, one of the Caribbean islands, when I come across a private dock that overlooks the water and hurricane devastated area and I figure since nobody is around, what better place to blow up a couple balloons but not pop them. Altho the island is still a mess from the recently storms, i still don't want to litter with popped balloon shards, so i decide just to blow them up until i know they wont pop and let the air out into your face and save them for later for more balloon fun back on the cruise ship.
