What better place to blow up a balloon than on a huge cruise ship balcony! I prop up my bare-feet on the ledge as you see the water going by. My hair up in a bandanna and my summer dress are a perfect fit for this perfect weather. Once my huge balloon gets big enough from my blowing it up and since its a bit windy on the balcony and I don't want it to fly away, I go inside the cabin where the rest of my already inflated balloons are to continue blowing this fun printed balloon up.
