I just got off of work serving wings & and making men happy with my customer service talents but now I must fix the ceiling light. I am borrowing this ladder but I have no clue how to use it. It folds, unfolds, clicks, moves, gets stuck but is not doing what I need it to do. My roommate comes in and cant believe what he sees. He definitely knows how to work the ladder but in a very non traditional manner.
