I am in the mood to decorate my friends house with balloons. I have many many deflated long slender balloons and there is no other way for me to inflate them than to use a hand pump. I have 2 at my disposal but i learn that 1 works much better than the other. I just keep shoving the balloons on the tip and pumping and tying, pumping and tying, again and again.
