I am house-sitting and I have found some assorted exercise tools and toys in the spare room. Why not see if these instruments are items I should invest in or use more. The big issue is that I have absolutely no clue what i'm doing or what I'm supposed to do with these medicine balls. I make it very clear by my words and actions that i have never used these heavy ass balls to work out with before but what better day to start and share this unique experience.
