When I camp alone, I get a bit bored so what better way to stretch the mind and the body then by putting a blanket on the ground and do a few yoga moves and stretch however my body allows. I don't follow a routine and I may not even do some of the yoga poses correctly but its better than not moving at all. I really try to stretch every muscle in my body to include very open wide leg stretches to pushups to planks to the warriors pose and several other stretches I come up with that feel good, hurts so good, and makes me sweat.
