Im taking a nap when my nose itches and actually wakes me up as i try to sooth the itch but luckily i have a mirror (the camera) handy and I use it to examine my nose and try to find the source of the itch. I squeeze my nostrils together and one at a time. I pig nose a lot. I pinch and squeeze and twist and push on my nose in every way I can think of. I use a piece of plastic to pig-nose but I'm not done giving my nose the royal treatment of massage. All noses should be examined and massaged like i do here, i'm just lucky i had an itch to start this nose exploration off right!
