I'm doing patrol of the area to make sure there is nothing out of place and all is well and peaceful in the area. I enter a tunnel under the street and i see someone must have had a party and didn't clean up their mess. There are inflated balloons everywhere. I remove my trench-coat and official police hat and i start gathering up the balloons to the other end of the tunnel. Now its my turn to end this party once and for all.
