I am in a great mood and what better way to get in an even better mood while hanging out at the pool than to blow up some fun balloons of all sizes, shapes and colors. I only use my mouth to inflate them as I do not over fill them, as I hope I can submerge them under the water at a later time to have some bubbly fun.
