I am walking around the cold woods of the NE and i come across a very unique village. I look around and all I see are gnomes everywhere. The more I look, the more gnomes I see at every tree stump. I try not to get to freaked out so instead of leaving this peaceful little place, i decide to make it an even more joyous place since apparently the gnomes knew I was coming and left me a little bag of confetti balloons.
