I'm in London hanging out with a fellow balloon fan and his welcoming gift to me was this wonderful pump and some great balloons too. So at first I read some legal document that says I'm aloud to film in this public garden then I find a balloon to try this pump out for the first time. I pick a smaller balloon but that doesn't mean the pop is any less. I talk to you as I pump and pump and pump it up. As it gets bigger, more people and their furry things on a leash come into the park.
