I am checking in on a friends house while she is out of town and I see she has hand weights and I get a genius idea that I should see if I know how to use them. I am ready for the beach but i take off my bottom layer to show you my bikini and more skin as I talk thru my thoughts. I don't go to the gym, i don't work out nor do I know the proper way to use weights but I give it a whirl. I do what bicep and tricep exercises that I know of.
