Its time I stretch a bit and do a bit of yoga. I've been asked to wear tights and knee-high high healed boots for this light workout. I start out with leg lifts on both sides, I work on my boat pose then i stretch my inner thighs with some very wide leg scissors. My legs are almost horizontal by the end of the workout. I also raise myself up onto my upper back and do some slow bicycle leg exersivces. I am concentrating to get it just right as I am very serious and focused, just like any good yoga student should be. Maybe i should stretch like this some more, what do you think?
