I have my yoga mat out and its time to work up a little sweat and work on my muscles and of course show you some skin at the same time. I do leg up situps, leg lifts, pushups (not the girly type either), bicycle legs in the air, hip thrusts, feet down situps, and then i work on my core balance with the boat pose and upward . and downward .
