I certainly have never seen this before or even heard of popping balloons underwater, so Wenona and I in our skimpy lil bikinis attempt to give my idea a try. First we blow up 2 balloons, but not to their max capacity. I decide to leave each balloon a bit deflated, and soft and mushy. Now, i think that was a mistake, but heck..i didn't know they would be impossible to pop with our nails, no matter how much we clawed and manipulated them beneath our butts, under the water.
