So my lovely friend KnottyGuy had a strappado plan, but of course with my feedback of feeling totally off balance, he kindly straps me to a wooden ladder type upright. At First i am all giddy and practically dancing around in my armbinder, but he of course knows that's too much movement for me so he adds strap after strap after strap to ensure I cant dance around anymore. He pulls my arms up behind me. Since I'm not bent over in the typical strappado position, my arms don't go up as high as if I was bent over.
