My girlfriend is out of town and I can't think of a better way to make her smile when she walks in the door than to blow up several balloons and have her see them right aways vs think about the humdrum of back to reality immediately. I sit on her couch and pick out the most fun balloons I have and I blow them up. I forgot how hard the long bulb balloons are to inflate, but after puffy cheeks and red face blowing, I succeed.
