This is a series of 3 different days in this workout video I start indoors as i concentrate on my upper body. I do many situps, pushups. I even use a 12 pack of pop to do bicep curls, and "bench presses". I even place the 12 pack on my feet and do leg lifts. I'm so glad it didn't drop on my head:)
I then take you to my suspention rack and rig up a pull up bar to attempt some chinups and pullups. My arms are feeling a bit weak., so i flex my arms and back for you to get a better view. Then the last part of this workout video is at a nearby park on the exercise equipement.
