I am desperate to gain weight. My weight has plateaued over the last couple of weeks and it is time we fix that. Today, I sit and take on a 5,000 calorie challenge and I won't get up until I finish. In one hand, a melted jar of pure peanut butter and in the other- the end of a funnel filled with melted ice cream mixed with chocolate syrup. Watch my belly balloon with the sugary and fattening meal... you can almost see the new pockets of fat forming as I swallow each calorie laden gulp!
