What I didn't expect though, is to go from losing 10 pounds one month to gaining 20 pounds the next. That's exactly what happened. I completely let myself go without even realizing it and that loss of control has lead me to outgrow almost everything I own in less than a month. One day I was wearing all my old clothes bragging to my in-laws that I was fitting into everything like normal and the next day I was frantically tearing up my closet desperate to find anything that could conceal my massively engorged gut.

In other news: did you know a woman's brain shrinks up to 60% during pregnancy? Maybe the loss of brain matter has turned me into an insatiable, out of control bimbo causing me to greedily eat everything in sight. I wonder if that's why I don't remember putting on so much weight...
