I arrive bright and early at the caravan with the intention of feeding her and weighing her. I’ve been excited to know how much weight she has gained this week. I start feeding her a huge tub of full fat yoghurt and a packet of Jaffa cakes. Once she’s finished, it’s time to put her on the scales to see how much she’s progressed. I was anxious.
