Whenever I get a craving I have to give in. I had a cozy, lazy night planned and knew I had to start by stuffing my face. Lately my favorite thing has been binging on tons of food in bed till I’ve reached the point of immobility. I’ve even started to eat quicker, to shovel even more food in.
