This is third part of Penny's Foot Roasting in the Stocks video. As this part begins, Penny's soles are soaked in cooking oil. Then, the grills are pushed closer to Penny's feet and the effect is immediately noticed. She begins to moan more loudly. The grills are pulled back to give her a rest, and then the process is repeated another two times. By the second time the grills are pushed forward, Penny cannot take it anymore. This clips ends as Penny's soles are soaked in cooking oil for a second time.
