The first few minutes of this clip show as Phanie is restrained, her shoes and socks removed, and then the bastinado begins. Bastinado starts with medium intensity, but quickly begins to ramp up. Bastinado is applied mostly with the multi tail leather whip, but Phanie's soles also receive a few strokes with the heave thick cane.
