For the last part, I would like for it to be 1 minute in length. I would like for your ass and back to be in the camera frame as you clench/squeeze your asscheeks together without using your hands (only use your ass muscles). I would like for you to squeeze/clench your asscheeks together for 3 seconds, then let go for three seconds, then squeeze/clench again for 3 seconds, and so forth.
