But for now, meet Miss Peppamint Patty . I know, I know; why that name, right? Well it's simple: if ole gal in the comic was a real person, and black, there ain't no doggone way that this would'nt be her. I met her over at my peoples' house and honestly, her feet was the last thang on my mind. Seriously. She was cool and all, but acted real, how can I put it....."undainty". No joke, she's so hood, she makes Project Chick, Shardonee' and Missy all look like Stepford wives! LOL I mean, for real, this chick was talkin about drinking, smoking, fighting, you name it. It was to the point that I was thinking that I didn't wanna say the wrong ish around her or somebody might end up in triage. But then, of course, my cousin had to go and start up a convo about how different people look for different thangs in the opposite sex. Need I even say how, inevitably, he tried to put me on front street ( emphasis on "tried" ) by mentioning how "Neech don't givva damn 'bout no titties; he too busy lookin at they feet!" He said it in a way, AND in the company of folks, that woulda caused most people to be slightly embarassed. But somehow, even amidst the chuckles, I put a spin on it that caused a couple of the half rabble rousers to nod in agreeance and even chime in on how some women's feet did indeed look sexy to 'um. Hell, I was even surprised myself. But that surprise was NOTHING compared to how I felt when Peppamint Patty , still somewhat the self appointed, very loud, center of attention, declared how soft her feet are and proceeded to slip off one of her sneakers to reveal the absolute softest, smoothest feet with the fattest, most protrusive heel I've seen in a looooong time! I was shocked. I didn't know whether I would get cussed out, punched, or worse, but my hand was magnetically drawn to it. The only "flaw" (if you wanna call it that) that was present in this anomaly was that the polish on her toes was chipped and noticibly old. Long story short, before I split, I offered to take her to get a fresh peddi, she accepted and afterwards, the clip picks up from there. As I was filming, I couldn't help but think to myself " it's funny how even the LOUDEST of folks simma the hell down when a camera's aimed at 'um."
