Since right from the start Victoria and I agreed to shot the hardest bastinado ever, we had to come up with an idea that guarantee us that Victoria would be able to take as much punishment as possible...

So we did as follows: we setup a workout timer of 1 minute interval with 20 seconds rest. This way, I would hit Victoria's soles as hard and as fast as possible for periods of 1 minute , but she would be able to take it knowing that it would only be 1 minute straight, after which she would have a 20 second pause , before the next round hits. During the video you can actually hear the timer's beep signaling the start and end of each period.
