Rosie has never experienced the frozen touch of snow on her bare feet, but she's that kinda girl who is always keen to try out thing she has never done before. So when I asked her to shoot a scene barefoot in the snow, she immediately sayed yes. However, even with the right mindset, she could not defy her bodily limits. It seemed winter barefooting is simply not her thing, her soles and toes were just too sensitive for cold. She barely sustained for 3 minutes, then we had to stop, she could not suffer the cold any more. While she warmed herself up in the car, we talked her into a second attempt. After all, if we get a chick out of her socks in wintertime, there is no way we leave the spot without a completed scene! Already aware of the ahead, she managed to walk around in the snow with her naked soles for this time for 5 minutes, and even agreed to give it another try the next day!
