A young college student (Stacie) has completed her course in physical fitness and has one final term paper to write. Her assignment is to interview a person who has made their living in fitness. She heads to a neighbors house, knowing that the woman has been in the professional wrestling field. When she asks for an interview, the neighbor (Vanessa) decides to give her a "hands-on" demonstration!
